The sleep town of Beaudesert awoke to the amazing sound of Super Cars,
as around 50 of us met up at the only petrol station that sold Premium fuel.
After filling up, we all headed south into the twisty roads around Mt Lindesay.
With a quick bit of road works to ring us all back together.
After stretching the legs in the cars, it was great to have a stretch of our legs as we waited for the slower members to arrive.
A couple of more stops were made on the way, to stretch our legs and let those behind catch up.
It’s all fun and games until the Aventador shows up.
We were slowed down by the occasion wooden bridge, and cattle grids, but it made for a great drive.
There may have been a slight hold up due to a Ferrari 360, living up to it’s name and doing a 360 in the middle of the corner. Lamborghini drivers, gave him a “ribbing” saying how they have plenty of traction!
Hmmm conditions looked great to me.
A few hours later and we arrived at our lunch stop for a good old fashioned country steak.
And it was a great time to chat about the run and have a laugh.
The Ultima GTR was looking at more ways to shed weight…
(A loose exhaust bracket was responsible, but lucky enough.. They are easy to work on)
The Lamborghini’s carbon fiber front lip, didn’t fare too well on this run.
It’s was a fantastic day, surrounded by great people and amazing motor cars.
Thanks to everyone who made the effort to join us, and I look forward to the next one.
